Sean D Meehan’s first book Emerald Bench: The History of Irish American Justices on the Supreme Court will be released fall 2025.

Sean was born in 1993 in Maryland and grew up in the suburbs of Dallas/ Fort Worth. He received bachelor’s degrees in journalism and literary studies from American University in 2015.

Sean lives in Washington, DC with his husband Glen and two dogs, Whitman and Juniper.
